February is Heart Health Month, and beginning on Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, Jefferson Healthcare is launching an educational series, WellHearts, focusing on improving women’s heart health.

According to a press release from Jefferson Healthcare, one in three women die of heart disease and stroke each year, but studies show that only one in five women believes heart disease is her greatest health threat. This can be changed through effective prevention programs and education on healthy eating, exercise and other lifestyle changes.

The upcoming series includes these free programs:

Every woman attending who wears red is entered into a drawing.
