The Olympic Area Agency on Aging (O3A) is requesting applicants to provide Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) services in Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties for the period of 2025-2028. An annual contract beginning January 1, 2025 will be issued in response to the RFP with up to three renewals available based on satisfactory performance through December 31, 2028. SNP services must be provided in accordance with Washington State Senior Nutrition Program Standards. Services include both Congregate and Home Delivered nutrition. Fund sources include Older Americans and State funding.
